Requirements for Bachelor's Programs

  • Passport with minimum 6 months validity.
  • Standard photo (soft copy size with 35mm*45mm)
  • 13 years of completed education is required.
  • IELTS 6.0 is required (Only IELTS, not accepted OIETC/Duolingo and other English test)
  • SSC & HSC certificate & marksheet attestation is required from Education Board, Education Ministry & Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Original & Copy).
  • Bachelor 1st year completed online transcript is required with College/University attested.
  • Study continuous letter required from the College/University
  • Legalized academic documents copy or legalization submission copy (Receipt means your documents are under process for legalization)
  • SOP (Statement of Purpose)
  • CV (Europass)

Requirements for Master's Programs

  • Passport with minimum 6 months validity.
  • Standard photo (soft copy size with 35mm*45mm).
  • IELTS 6.5 or MOI is required from the last qualification awarding body.
  • Last qualification (Original one, provisional not accepted) certificate & transcript attestation required from Public University/National University/Private University (Original with copy).
  • Legalized academic documents copy or legalization submission copy (Receipt means your documents are under process for legalization).
  • 02 recommendation letter for Master’s application.
  • SOP (Statement of Purpose).
  • CV (Europass).
  • Job experience for Master’s application (If have).
  • Marriage certificate if married.
  • Birth Certificate copy if have children.

After Receive The Offer Letter And Before Submission To The Embassy

  1. Passport with min 12 months validity.
  2. Lab print photo 4 copies (EU size 35mm*45mm, background white & without border)
  3. Indian tourist visa.
  4. All academic documents (Original legalized copy with 01 sets attested copy) (Certificate, Marksheet, IELTS/MOI, Recommendation letter, Job experience letter).
  5. Police Clearance Certificate (Legalization required embassy submission time)
  6. Marriage Certificate (If married and spouse wants to apply together) (Legalization required embassy submission time)
  7. Birth Certificate for dependents (If children have and want to apply as a dependent candidate) (Legalization required embassy submission time)
  8. Accommodation confirmation documents with payment transaction copy (Minimum 03 months charge should be paid to confirm the accommodation and the charge will be 600-900 EURO which is refundable in case of refusal)

9. SOP (Statement of Purpose)

10. Bank statement with the minimum balance of 20 Lac BDT for a single applicant. If dependent will apply together, for every person 05 Lac will be added. (Only first-blood relations can be sponsored)

11. Bank statement last 06 months’ transactions is required. Savings account preferable. If using FDR then the source of income should be present.

12. Embassy appointment for document submission and biometric.

13. Embassy fees 18,000 INR per individual.

14. Health insurance for 06 months, the charge will be 10,000-20,000 BDT

15. Air ticket reservation copy

Academic Qualifications

Graduate students must maintain a minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00, while undergraduate students are required to achieve a minimum GPA of 4.00 out of 5.00 in both SSC/ HSC, with a combined minimum GPA of 8.50

English Language Proficiency

The minimum language proficiency requirements are as follows: for Master's programs, an overall IELTS score of 6.5 or a TOEFL score of 87 is required. For Bachelor's programs, an IELTS score of 6.0 is necessary. Or MOI is required (Only for Master's Programs)

Letters of Recommendation (LoR)

Master's students are required to submit 2 letters of recommendation from professors or employers who can attest to their academic abilities, potential skills, and talent

Statement of Purpose (SOP)

Statement of Purpose (SOP) outlining your academic and career goals, research interests (if applicable), and why you are interested in the specific Master's/Bachelor's programs and express the goals of implementation.

CV/Resume

To apply for student admission in Austria, a CV in the Europass format is required
