  1. File opening charge: 15,000 BDT.
  2. The academic document attestation charge is not applicable.

  6. Health insurance for 6 months: 300 Euro.

INTAKE DETAILS

  • Admission levels: Bachelor’s and Master’s
  • Last date to apply for the September intake: 30/04/2025
  • Offer letter issuance starts: May/June (Approximately one month)
  • Final acceptance letter: Issued within 2-3 weeks after submitting all required documents to the University
  • Embassy submission: May/June at the Luxembourg embassy, depending on the embassy appointment

ADMISSION/APPLICATION

  1. Passport with a minimum of 6 months’ validity.
  2. SSC and HSC certificates and mark sheets should be attested by the Education Board, Education Ministry, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with the original and a minimum of 2 sets of copies also attested. (Attestation charges apply.)
  3. Bachelor’s/Master’s original certificates (Provisional certificates are not accepted) and transcripts must be attested by the NU/Public/Private University, Education Ministry, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with the original and a minimum of 2 sets of copies also attested.

For Bachelor’s admission: SSC and HSC original certificates and mark sheets.
For Master’s admission: Original certificates and mark sheets of the last qualification.

  1. IELTS 6.0-6.5 or MOI (Medium of Instruction) is required for admission. (Please note: MOI is only accepted for Master’s programs, not for Bachelor’s.)
  2. Recommendation letters are also required for the Master’s application.
  3. SOP (Statement of Purpose).
  4. Birth certificate (Apostille) (English version) for dependent candidates must be attested by the Law Ministry and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  5. European-sized photo.
  6. CV (Curriculum Vitae).
  7. Job certificate (if applicable).
  8. Police Clearance Certificate (Apostille) is required once the file is submitted to the Embassy of Luxembourg.
  9. Bank solvency: 15-20 lac for the applicent.
