ADMISSION/APPLICATION
1. Passport with a minimum of 06 months validity.
2. SSC and HSC certificates and marksheets should be attested by the Education Board, Education Ministry and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with the original and a minimum of 2 sets of copies also attested.(Attestation charge applicable).
3. Bachelor’s/Master’s original certificates (Provisional certificates are not accepted) and transcripts must be attested by the NU/Public/Private University, Education Ministry and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with the original and a minimum of 2 sets of copies also attested.
4. Once attestation is completed, the documents must be submitted to the Austrian Consulate in Dhaka, Bangladesh for legalization:
• For Bachelor’s admission: SSC and HSC both of original certificates and marksheets.
• For Master’s admission: Original certificates and marksheets of the last qualification.
5. IELTS 6.0 or MOI is required for admission.
6. 02 recommendation letters are also required for Master’s application.
7. SOP (Statement of Purpose).
8. Marriage Certificate (English version) is required if married. Attestation is also required from the Law Ministry and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Marriage Certificate must also be legalized by the Austrian Embassy in India if a dependent is applying with the candidate.
9. Birth Certificate (English version) for dependent candidates must be attested by the Law Ministry and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Legalization from the Austrian Embassy is required once the file is submitted to the Embassy of Austria in India.
10. European-sized photo.
11. CV (Curriculum vitae) through Europass.
12. Job Certificate (If applicable).
13. Police Clearance Certificate is required once the file will be submitted to the Embassy of Austria in India.
14. Bank solvency: 18-25 Lac for the applicant or sponsor; An additional 5 lac will be added for every single dependent.
